just got back from new york city for a cousin’s wedding reception. took the red eye out on thursday and the pink-eye out last night. got in to oakland at 3am in the morning. ouch. kind of dragging today. spent a ton of time in Staten Island. went to Snug Harbor, an old sailors rest home (interesting story, go search for it), it’s now a bunch of musuems and art orginazations.

Gotta update this more. The nice 90 degree San Francisco days are gone for the year I think. The fog rolled in yesterday over Mount Sutro.
It’s fog factor 10 right now, can’t see the tower., though I can see Twin Peaks.
Got to work late today. Down in the south bay for an appt. No traffic, pretty amazing, even at rush hour. Everybody is gone. Poof!
Tons of empty buildings on 101 north as I drove back up. Could see some container ships out in the bay due to the lockout in the ports that just ended.
New bike seat today. Whoo hoo. Can ride again.
